The Turner Report first broke the news yesterday that Joplin's own Jack Parker had passed away. Now the Joplin Globe's Mike Pound has a great read on the man that we all came to love.
You may be wondering who Jack Parker is, but if you are from the Joplin area and I were to say Carol Parker's husband, the image of the Father's Day cooking shows would come rushing back to mind. I am sure it has been a sad few days at KSN. The Parker and KSN families have my sincerest condolences.
