For almost a year I blogged in relative anonymity. That is no longer the case. On Friday, as I was supervising a bunch of students in the commons area a fellow teacher came up to me and whispered, “I really like your blog.”
Oh boy.
When one of your colleagues realizes that you blog on a regular basis… that really ups the ante. It also really makes you think again when you are considering what to post. Now the pressure is on not just to think about how strangers in cyberspace will react to our thoughts and opinions, but also how the neighbor down the hall will feel, too.
No pressure.

Yeah, they were searching for some information on the spelling bee winner from Monett.
